Mr. Marek Bradac is Business Development Manager at USER Software works with more than 15 years of experience in area of data protection & retentionsolutions. Marek started his first TSM project 11 years ago at an IBM business partner. In 2007 he joined IBM, where he had been responsible for former IBM Tivoli Software portfolio in Czech Republic 7 years , later he became the sales leader of the TSM area in the Central & Eastern Europe. Since 2014 Marek has been helping various companies to develop business and solutions based on TSM. Marek holds master degree at Czech Technical University and several IBM global awards for success in selling TSM solutions.

Mr Tomas Dalebjörk has been working with TSM in many years. In 2005 he asked himself why IBM does not have a better support for open source databases. As the answer was "-Because it′s open source" he understood there is a gap in the market and started to develop plug-ins for the most common open databases in the market. Today Repostor is acting on a global basis and delivering this tool to customers all over the world and is the leader in the market. The products are all verified by IBM and is helping customers to backup and restore data on such databases in a much secure way.

Bruno has studied computer science and started with ADSM advanced technical support in IBM 19 years ago. His work was mainly support for big ADSM/TSM installations in EMEA. Since ten years Bruno is founder and owner of the company eXstor which is focused on solutions around TSM, especially high availability solutions.

Lars Henningsen has worked with TSM from the very beginning - first with IBM for ten years in development/support and as a senior consultant in the industry since the late 90s. He founded General Storage in 2001.

Andy Loydell is Sales Manager for Cristie Software; a key IBM software partner providing system recovery software that integrates with IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM).

Andy’s significant experience in the IT disaster recovery and software industry has been gained over 20 years working internationally in these fields. Andy’s role involves supporting IBM sales activity on a global basis, working with IBM technical and sales teams, IBM partners, and end users of Spectrum Protect. Based in the United Kingdom, Andy travels extensively to attend and support IBM events, assisting IBM, their partners and customers to position Cristie Software products as a value added addition to the IBM product range.

Alina Mot is responsible for Storage and Security at Empalis Consulting GmbH in Germany. She has 15 years of experience in IT security issues such as encryption and key management, and in recent years repeatedly deals with storage encryption.

Amédée Potier, Senior Director R&D at Rocket Software.

Amedee Potier started his career in the Telecom software space, working as an software architect in Europe, US and Japan, joined Rocket Software in 2003 and started working at Rocket in 2007 in the Data Protection space. Managing Director for several Rocket Labs in the Data Protection space, with Servergraph (Data Protection Reporting), Arkivio (Unstructured Data Management and Archiving) and iCluster (IBMi replication tool), Amedee has been working on building visionary products that aim at simplicity, end users reach, multi-vendor coverage to accommodate the reality of the industry, and embracing the new cloud deployment models.

Dr.Stefan Radtke is CTO for Isilon, EMEA EMC Emerging Technology Division.

Stefan Schröder is Head of Software Development at Schmitz RZ Consult GmbH. He has more than 10 years experiences in Storage Management - especially Tivoli Storage Manager and NetWorker. After his study in computer science Stefan Schröder worked first as a software engineer and consultant for Tivoli Storage Manager. Quickly he became software architect at Schmitz RZ Consult GmbH and has a leading role in the development of BACKUP EAGLE®.

Josef Weingand is a Certified IT Specialist within the IBM System Storage Group in Germany. He provides sales and technical sales support for Data Protection and Retention solutions. He has 19 year of experience providing technical support at IBM. From 2001 to 2009 he was providing pre-sales, technical sales and consulting support for backup, archive, VTL, Data DeDuplication and Tape solutions. Since 2009 he is responsible for DP&R products and solutions in DACH. Josef's expertises are tailor made backup solutions which contains a mix from Disk, Tape and DeDuplication storage.

Josef has co-authored several IBM Redbooks and developed several patents.

Gregor Woerle

Gregor Woerle is responsible for the NetApp EMEA Hybrid Cloud Sales Activities. This includes the business development of NetApp’s AltaVault Appliances, which offer a secure & effective way to store backup & archive data into Cloud Storage Devices.

Before that he was the District Manager of NetApp in Stuttgart (Germany), after working many years as Senior Sales Representative for NetApp Baden Wuertemberg.
